Jonathon (owner) and his employees did a major landscaping renovation to our backyard that included totally removing all the grass, plants trees, rock and beds to install all new beds with landscape fabric, water drip service to every plant, bush and tree, installed all new beds plants, trees and shrubs with 30 tons of stone. Installed artificial turf in a large portion of the yard, poured new concrete walkways and patio extension. Installed paver walkways. In addition, in coordination with the GC and pool installer did all the dirt removal and brickwork for the new pool plant planter that included fountains. In addition, installed all the pavers for the new pool patio and the coping stone for the perimeter of the pool. In the process of removing and adding dirt to the yard there were some areas where bad dirt the removed and added gravel and good dirt in the yard at a reasonable cost that was not budgeted because it was unknown. It’s been 9 months since the project and we only had minor issues with 1 tree and 2 bushes- which Jonathon immediately replaced. Jonathons vision, open mindedness and tremendous work ethic gave us an amazing maintenance free yard that we enjoy everyday. I highly recommend De La Rosa for any job no matter how large or complex. He is very easy to work with, very responsive, always follows up and exceeded all my expectations.

Jonathan and his crew are absolutely amazing! From beginning to end, he brought our vision to life. He turned a bare backyard into our garden paradise. Artificial turf that is high quality commercial grade requires a great deal of preparation—it is back breaking work. At our request, he recommended “puppy friendly” plants and they turned out great. My wife and I downsized from a family home to a townhome. We missed having an outside area. The helpful people at The Stone Center in Greensboro highly recommended Jonathan to us. Appreciate their hard work ethic, professionalism and quality of work on a backyard patio and new set of steps. We had a few delays that lengthened the project, but for the most part they kept me informed as I firmly believe communication is key. Final product turned out very nice and we will plan to use them again.

Jonathan installed a french drain as well as some additional under-ground piping to help with drainage issues we were having in our yard. I was very impressed by his professionalism, communication, kindness, and quality of work. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and politely, even stopping to ask me several times throughout the project if I had any questions or concerns. I could tell that he genuinely takes pride in his work. The work was done neatly and thoroughly, with care and concern taken to not damage other areas of our home and yard. John and his team were amazing to work with! When I shared my vision for the project they not only interpreted it fully but made my dream of creating a park like setting in my home a dream come true. From the elevated flagstone walkway with natural stone steps to the selection and planting of vegetation that is both deer resistant and appropriate for the shade of our wooded landscape - they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Their professionalism is also worthy to note; They showed up on time each day, worked super hard and were courteous and respectful to the point of making the space extra neat in the middle of the project knowing we were hosting a family event later that evening. I am really satisfied with the work done by Mr. Jonathan and his crew to restore my patio. My patio needed stone pavers with slope added for runoff and the De La Rosa team gave me a great quote for the work. I would highly recommend.
Jonathan and his team replaced a 30 year old stamped concrete patio with a new patio of blue stone pavers. Jonathan made some excellent suggestions as the project progressed, slightly changing the shape of the patio and adding an edge which looks fabulous. He also removed and replaced our vegetable garden fence which was a major feat and made sure that our irrigation system was functioning properly at the end of the project. We were so impressed with the work that we had him replace the front steps with matching blue stone treads and he did an incredible job on that also. Jonathan and his entire team were professional, polite, timely, on budget and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to anyone.

I will post more when the project is done, but one part is the excellent work that Jonathan did by digging up the large bushes in the front and transplanting them to the back and giving me grass in the front yard. He is building me an extensive patio, a kitchen, walls, and walkways. I have renovated many homes and De La Rosa is my FAVORITE sub. Jonathan has qualities that ensure you will not be miserable, stressed and panicky: he is COMMUNATIVE, CALM, EXTREMELY CAPABLE, REASONABLE, and HONEST.He knows his stuff! De La Rosa Patios & Landscaping LLC did an amazing job renovating my lawn. After three attempts with three other providers (including re-sodding twice), I finally have a beautiful lawn. They fixed the grading and drainage issues and re-grew a lush green carpet from what was nothing but dirt and weeds. They also corrected/extended my irrigation, laid flagstones in the grass to provide a welcoming entrance, and built a beautiful stone retaining wall to border my garden. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is excellent! They now maintain my lawn weekly, do my fall clean up, and my annual mulching. I will not trust anyone else with my landscaping work.
